In conclusion, we saw firsthand how OpenSpace transforms the way AI agents operate, shifting them from stateless tools that reason from scratch with every task into self-improving systems that accumulate expertise with each task. We observed the cold-to-warm transition, in which skills learned from earlier executions reduce both cost and latency in subsequent runs. We built and registered our own custom skills to seed domain knowledge, and we use OpenAI’s API to analyze evolution patterns across our skill library. The key insight we take away is that OpenSpace treats skills not as static configuration files but as living entities that auto-repair when tools break, auto-improve when better patterns emerge, and auto-propagate when connected to the cloud community.
